Awesome finished project! I like entire use of background subtle and not-so-subtle use of images. By subtle I mean the faint peach-colored stripes through out. It is a nice not-too-distracting addition. By not-so-subtle, I mean the images of plants used as a background complement to the article. Overall I like the use of color including in the headline and subhead. I think everything is well chosen and placed. I see your process as well- and each time an improvement. All I can say is "Wow!" I didn't see anything I would've done to improve it. Awesome final result!
